IMPORTANT NOTE
- To work with iPad Pro 2018, the operation system should be updated to iOS 13 or iPadOS. Also, HDMI port supports only 1080P, PD charging port supports only 12W.
- When connecting to laptop, Do NOT support charging cellphone through USB-A or USB-C female port due to limited current.
- Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time; Please provide power supply when connecting to power-hungry devices.
- If wireless network is affected, you could wrap the wire body near type-c port with foil paper, or set your router from 2.4GHz to 5GHz.
- For Samsung Galaxy S10/S9/S8/Note10/9/8, it is compatible with Dex Mode through hub, phone system version requires Android 9.0 or above.
